At MESODX LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality services to our clients. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase or booking our services through www.mesodxagency.com.
Refunds
- Digital Services & Marketing Campaigns: Due to the nature of digital marketing and agency services, all fees paid to MESODX LLC are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments, billing errors, or if services were not delivered as agreed.
- Eligibility: Any refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of the billing date.
Cancellations
- Before Project Start: If you cancel before our team begins work, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative and processing fees).
- Ongoing Projects: If a project is canceled mid-way, MESODX LLC reserves the right to invoice for all completed work up to the cancellation date.
- Subscriptions/Recurring Services: Clients may cancel recurring services with 30 days’ written notice.
